Ncompas was established in 2004. Its founder, Ilan Friedman, spent a third of his life in the US, and two thirds of it in Israel. While in the US, he worked with multinational communications corporations, and with the foremost bi-national trade organization focused on Israel. He also gained exposure to a multitude of Israeli-based technologies in the areas of software, communications, life sciences, environmental sustainability, and more.

Mr. Friedman combined a profound understanding of the prevailing cultural attributes and differences in business practices of Americans and Israelis, with education and experience in international business and a significant network of relationships with industry leaders, organizations, sources of advanced technologies and service providers on both sides of the ocean to create a company that delivers tangible value to its clients at competitive cost.

The past five years have been very fruitful for Ncompas, having built a strong reputation for being dedicated, ethical, and effective.  We’ve expanded our ecosystem in the United States and in Israel, and recently in parts of Europe.  We now maintain feet on the ground in Israel and in Atlanta, and have formed strategic relationships that give us access to larger geographies and a variety of industries.  Our most valuable strengths are:
